Dispatch from Shanghai

Our orders are dispatched from Shanghai, an international shipping hub close to Shanxiahu, where we source our pearls. We chose this location to connect our products’ origins with their journey to you.

Our jewellery is handcrafted by skilled artisans with over 20 years of experience. Please allow 3–7 business days after successful payment for your order to be prepared and dispatched.

Transit times vary by destination, carrier and customs processing. The preparation period above does not include shipping time.

Shipping fees

Complimentary standard shipping applies when your merchandise subtotal reaches €299 after discounts, to any destination currently supported by our store. Standard shipping for orders below this threshold is €9.90.

Tracking & delivery assistance

Tracking information will be provided once your order has been dispatched. If your parcel is delayed, damaged, missing or affected by another delivery issue, please contact us with your order number and relevant details.

We will review the circumstances and work with you and the carrier towards an appropriate resolution, in accordance with your applicable consumer rights.

Import duties, taxes & customs fees

For international deliveries dispatched from Shanghai, your destination may charge import VAT or other import taxes, customs duties and carrier clearance or handling fees. Any such charges are the customer’s responsibility and are payable to the relevant customs authority or carrier. Unless explicitly stated otherwise at checkout, these import charges are not included in our product prices or shipping fees and are not collected by us at checkout. Complimentary shipping does not cover import duties, taxes or customs-related fees. Please check your destination’s import requirements before placing an order.
